With Brexit looming, the EU is deciding where to house two key European agencies.

It is decision day for the future location of two key European agencies. Ministers from the 27 countries remaining in the EU post-Brexit are voting in a secret ballot to determine which cities will host the EMA and EBA.

The UK’s forthcoming divorce from the bloc will see the European Medicines Agency and the European Banking Authority leave London.

Sixteen cities are bidding for the former, while eight want to house the EBA. Over a thousand people work for the two agencies in the English capital.
