The bureau of the US-funded Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty in Baku has been shut down in Baku by Azerbaijani authorities.
The station said it was an attempt to silence one of the last remaining independent media outlets in the country.
US officials have said they are “deeply disturbed” by the handling of staff during the closure.
